Problem:
The package lists both
pandasandpyarrowas core dependencies. However, they are only being used inexamples/function_calling.py.This creates unnecessary packages dependencies for a python library.
Fix:
Moving those unnecessary dependencies to dev dependency and relaxing the version requirements.
