@LLCampos, the documentation is a collaboratively developed resource. Would you be able to submit a pull request with the explanatory text?

The page that needs editing is: https://github.com/MIT-LCP/mimic-website/blob/master/content/mimictables/noteevents.md. If not we'll make the update when we have time.
