Document the ability to use .execute call in a Rake task to run commands

Thanks! Could you actually modify this to "as the SSH user"

vagrant is the default user but this is configurable, so to be entirely correct, it is the SSH user. :)

It actually moved over to here: https://github.com/hashicorp/vagrant-docs-old

The docs are getting a redesign just like the homepage soon, hence the "old"
