As a user of the ATT&CK Navigator, the UX for selecting a tactic (clicking the header) can have bad UX since the text of the tactic name/label is still selectable. E.g double-clicking the header of initial access can end up selecting the text like so:

Text selection has already been disabled for technique cells -- it should also be disabled for the tactic header to avoid this minor UX quirk.
