It may make sense to completely remove this section and adjust any links to it. It seems mostly outdated.

Distribute is deprecated.
I don't think this warrants deleting the page, since the information is still relevant.
Should the page be renamed to setuptools and updated accordingly?

@thatarchguy, I disagree. The old docs will exist if anyone would like to look at them later, this page has information that should not be used. Renaming/updating is akin to making a new page for setuptools, the two tasks can probably be done in separate PRs.
