(1) ActivePerl

    > cd PDIC-Toolkit-1.12
    > ppm install PDIC-Toolkit.ppd

(2) UN*X

    % cd PDIC-Toolkit-1.12
    % perl Makefile.PL
    % make
    % su
    # make install
