Main doesn't show any CoverArt on Windows

Bug Description

Regression after the Qt6 switch

The disabled unit-test confirm that.

The issue is related to the installation of the qjpeg.dll

Installing: D:/a/mixxx/mixxx/build/./imageformats/qjpeg.dll

But it looks like it is either broken or Mixxx is not able to load it.

This is a Qt plugin, the .dll is stored in a subdirectory .\imageformats of the build directory.
