Loading a track, when deck is playing Issue

Bug Description

Mixxx seems to not be respecting the "Loading a track, when deck is playing" config when set to "Allow, play from load point"
Steps to reproduce:
Track load point=Any
Loading a track, when deck is playing=Allow, play from load point
Load and play track#1 to deck 1
Select and load track#2 to deck 1 via CO=LoadSelectedTrack

The expectation is track#2 will load and play immediately; however track#2 is stopped.
