can't resize Preferences dialog #13102

Bug Description

open preferences
resize the window wider and taller than the screen
close prefs, close Mixxx
start Mixxx, open prefs
= prefs fill the screen, can be moved but not resized anymore

in mixxx.cfg I have this. Removing this line restores normal behaviour.

Hello @ronso0.
I am not able to reproduce the issue on my Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
