Changing library location not very consistent #4941

Commented by: adamdavison Actually although this copy of Mixxx said beta2 on it, it could have been a slightly older one, I will recheck this in svn at some point. |

When you change the location of the library in the preferences, nothing really happens. Even asking to rescan the library doesn't do anything.
This probably isn't what we want to do....
