Mixxx should have an option to flag every 32nd beat (generally where electronic songs change) #6393

having this option would bring mixxxing to a whole new level. I also do not think this would be that complicated of a feature to enable, but then again I am not an active developer.

I believe this feature would separate Mixxx from many of the top DJ softwares available today. I would be interested to see if this could be implemented in the next version. Thank you.

EDIT - the option should be toggle-able and start from the cue point (unless the new beat tracking REALLY knows where the beats are and can find the first REAL beat (some songs have a kick drum at the beginning of an intro the leads into a breakdown or whatnot)

Also, to make it a little advanced, maybe it could be made so that the user has the option to choose after how many beats a flag could be placed, 17 or 34
