Some of our effect name are too long to show in a skin label. We should add a short-name field to the manifest.

"Moog Ladder 4 Filter" -> "MOOG" etc.

If this gets implemented, please take note that the <EffectParameterName> can also be long and potentially wont fit labels. Also the <Elide> tag does NOT work with <EffectParameterName>, we can only use <Elide> on <EffectName> as a workaround.
