track overview: include hotcues that are beyond track start/end

when I set hotcues by ear the first one might by slightly before the track's first frame. the track overview starts at the first frame, so those hotcues aren't shown there. Since the overview is the first place place I look after loading a track this irritating and I need to check my controller's hotcue grid to be sure which hotcues are set.

It makes sense to place out-of-range hotcues at the overview's left edge.
