Related to Bug #1731656, SCons should make it easy to run "lupdate" on all the sources rather than having to copy/paste a command from the wiki.
We probably also want a Jenkins job that runs this and commits the results, and pushes them to Transifex. The manual way isn't working. This requires figuring out the whole branch situation with Transifex, which I've forgotten the details of.

Is this still relevant? The advantage is that we can run lupdate on a git changeset only. On the downside is that we see either a lot of conflicts or an extra automatic commit after each merge. The downside is more relevant IMHO so I colse it for now. If you have a better experience, please reopen.
