I have developed a feature in branch lp1861421
Mixxx displays the r7095.
Than it was merged, I switched back to master. which was a fast forward merge, because only the merge commit was added.
cmake builds again, but the revision was not updated to
r7096 it remains at r7095

the output of
git rev-list --count --first-parent HEAD
is
7096
