add option for symmetrical layout to latenight skin

Now that latenight has been improved (a lot) I played with it. What instantly stuck out is that it does not have symmetric layout support. I love that option and got used to it so much, that I switched back to Tango very quickly.

Adding symmetric layout support to latenight would bring the skins closer to par on functionality and in a later step allow to unify skin settings. But that's another story.
