Movable Type tiny plugin to put rebuiding widget on template editing.

This plugin displays "Publish Site" widget on editing screen of template.

• The widget will be displayed after saving. Tell me which is better always or only after saving.
• Available in website or blog scope.

Side effets

• Style of rebuilding dialog will be little bit changed: Brand logo and close button disappeared and margins become narrow.
