A tool for querying the extensions currently installed on the system and checking whether they are compatible with the N+1 version of GNOME.

Fixes #183

Hardcode current and target versions and calculate compatibility
for each extension the user currently has installed.
Use the dropdown to determine which GNOME Version the extensions
will be checked against. Populate this dropdown using the current
system date to determine which version of GNOME is now current.

Always display at least GNOME 40-43
We want to include the current shell version in the description
Create a basic results page with a progress bar showing
the percentage of the user's extensions which will be
supported on the selected GNOME version.
