Exhibition should compile for macOS and support UI for the exhibits.

Fix compilation on macOS (#30)

Resolves #31 

Separates Example app into iOS and macOS targets.
Updates Exhibition code to compile + run on macOS.
Reduces minimum macOS target to macOS 11.0
UI is very buggy, but at least both Exhibition and the example app compile + run
