## Glossary

* **Accused**. We define _accused_ as a _member_ who has been attributed a _violation_ by an _aggrieved member_.
* **Active Participation**. We define _active participation_ to include the _behavior_ of _members_ while they are in the boundaries of the _community_.
* **Active Participation**. We define _active participation_ to include the _behavior_ of _members_ under circumstances explicitly defined by the _community_.
