Multiple selection and multiline edition

It would be interesting to be able to search for text with multiple selection as in editors such as sublime text (ALT+D, ALT+F3) and implement multiline editing.

I second this having the ability to use ctrl + D to select others of the same highlighted like Atom can do would be awesome. if you can implement the ability to then edit them all at the same time too!
