This version is in fully working state. It works with different path management mechanisms such as FullMesh or NdiffPorts. It supports wide varieties of multipath congestion controls, such as 'Linked Increases', 'Scalable-TCP', 'Coupled Epsilon' and 'Coupled'. The code has been tested with python 2.7.3-11 on Mac (llvm-gcc42) and several Linux distributions (Red Hat GCC 4.4.7).
