which rst2html && python setup.py --long-description | rst2html > /dev/null

There is no rst2html in current NixOS.
It looks like docutils renamed it to rst2html.py.
An alias rst2html="rst2html.py" doesn't help because of which.

Replacing which by type -t would support alias
