ampliconDIVider version 1.2.0
ampliconDIVider version 1.1.1
- Adjusted a file path to allow the
-r
option to work correctly.
ampliconDIVider version 1.1.0
- Added the ranges (
-r
) option. This allows users to specify a range of interest for each target (for example, the area immediately around a predicted mutation site). The program will use this information to identify the variants produced in the range, and will produce a corresponding summary file indicating which samples contained which variants. - The FASTA reference input now uses
-f
instead of-r
. - Added the "ranges" files for Varshney et al. sets 1-3. The
set1_ranges
file can be used withexample.bam
to test the script. - Added the version (
-v
) option, which prints the version number and quits. - The most frequent DIV for a given target/barcode combination now requires a full word match, rather than just matching as a subset of a longer string. For example, "ACTG" will match "ACTG", but not "TACTGA".
