  • Added the ranges (-r) option. This allows users to specify a range of interest for each target (for example, the area immediately around a predicted mutation site). The program will use this information to identify the variants produced in the range, and will produce a corresponding summary file indicating which samples contained which variants.
  • The FASTA reference input now uses -f instead of -r.
  • Added the "ranges" files for Varshney et al. sets 1-3. The set1_ranges file can be used with example.bam to test the script.
  • Added the version (-v) option, which prints the version number and quits.
  • The most frequent DIV for a given target/barcode combination now requires a full word match, rather than just matching as a subset of a longer string. For example, "ACTG" will match "ACTG", but not "TACTGA".
