Default version is not working as expected

When we have meta information related to versions, and no version is given explicitly, the script ignores the meta of the default variations. For example, even if r2.1 is the default version, the below 2 commands have different metadata.

cm run script --tags=training,reproduce,mlperf,nvidia,_resnet --system_conf_name=config_A30_1x2x204

cm run script --tags=training,reproduce,mlperf,nvidia,_resnet --system_conf_name=config_A30_1x2x204 --version=r2.1
