Rllib versioning

Hey there is an attribute error that pops up in rllib. The issue is not on your end but seems to be a versioning issue. Could you update the pip install command with the versions you are using for this example:
https://ncps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples/atari_ppo.html

Hi, @denizhanpak I have updated the docs to specify the rllib version.

I will update the example to the latest versions once the migration of gym to gymnasium of all involved libraries is done
