What changes are proposed in this pull request?

Quick fix for sentence transformers test (failed run). In #10834, we've enabled to HF's newer file transfer protocol hf_transfer for more robust large files download. This change also let sentence_transformers tests use the new protocol, but I haven't added hf_transfer packages to its requirement.
