Win 7 x64 with latest node, npm and builder, uac disabled and all is performed in a secondary HDD.

The application has permissions problem. If with mac I use chmod -R a+x Program.app then the app works, but directly from windows it show an unrunnable app of zero bytes with no icon on mac.

Can you try with the latest version please?
