Adding
.spec.desired_statefield to ProjectFor now there's no real logic behind the state other than a marker to whether a project is archived or not.
On any create or update the desired state is being assigned to the status state (which already existed but wasn't used)
Added option to filter by state (status state) in list projects
Added logic to backfill all existing projects with online state on initialization
