Changing the ingest API such that the
sourceparameter is optional - the value infeature_set.spec.sourcecan be used if set properly. If both are empty theningestwould still fail of course.Change is applied both to the SDK API and to the REST API. This means the REST API can be called with an empty payload, assuming the feature-set is properly configured and saved prior to the call.
