Pygment css classes conflict with MathJax #20

This issue is described here. But in short, pygment.css define color for the same classes that MathJax.js uses such as mi and mo.

@ma65p Thanks for pointing this out. I fixed the css to be specific to Pygment classes only with a recent commit.
