Project README and docs unchanged

Aside from directory names, file names, doc/conf.py, __init__.py and version.py, most other details from the original project were left unedited.

Notably,

• I have left the original README from shablona unchanged and unedited. Presumably, anyone who instantiates it will re-write the README.

• I had to delete docs/_template as the sphinx documentation variables (e.g. {{ fullname }}) were causing cookiecutter to fail during instantiation.

Should README or docs be fully generalized/templated?
