Small nits to show queue and change ack

We found it more useful to print the current queue after q+ as well.
As ack is commonly used, we could instead use qack or something else.

I don't think it's good to show the queue on every q+; that can get disruptive if there are a number of people.

With regard to ack, I here you; still thinking about whether it's necessary. My model for this is the behaviour on Zakim (linked from README), where they use ack without an issue.
