growpy state of the art

so many tools to collect stats with agent and I start to make this as an agentless filesystem collector but after see graphite and grafana I think maybe need change and adapt to send the data to those applications as and option. So now persistence is in a RDBMS with SQLAlchemy and the scheduler is broken and I need test
