I think you can talk to @tommo about it, I believe we are all quite eager to have a closer look at his MOAI IDE .. but there are a couple others out there as well, I encourage you to keep looking and peeking under the covers. :)

The framework is growing along with the game project. But I still can not find a good timing to start on the 'sharing' things, time-wise and energy-wise...

You can find @tommo 's IDE code in this repository, It is implemented by PythonQt4.
I have studied @tommo 's framework for a long time.
