* renamed things to sound more professional/friendly * moved contactbot readme started new readme * added hellobot, plus documentation * add template bot, update bots, continue the readme * Update docs to suggest use of prebuilt signal-cli. * updated readme * add options and flags to readme, use run_bot * start secrets section * Finished draft of readme.
