Firestore getDocument

Hello,
Just to be clear everything does work after studying and implementing the documentation that we got here on github for firestore and RTDB.
But i might be mistaken with my approach of getting data from firestore everything looks alright in the Serial monitor it's getting data but when i try to apply it with for example on digitalWrite to turn ON and OFF it doesn't work!?

You're posting wrong repository, this repo is for RTDB only.

This is the repos for the client for Firebase products included Firestore.

The return payload is only available from fbdo.payload() which is the JSON serialized string and you should parse it manually for your desire value as the data can be any from simple to complex JSON.

See the Basic example to use FirebaseJson class to create and parse JSON.

You should read and learn from the Google Firestore document about the terms used in Firestore.

The library document provided only the arguments description for all functions which you should understand what is it before use.
