Confusion with using the library

Hi so im using the previous version your firebase library (FirebaseESP32 library) to connect to the real time data base, so what i want is that to modify my code according to this version of the library I'm using arduino ide esp32, i communicate with the firebase using WIFI and ethernet as well have different modes. so my question was in the version of the library I'm using i have function like

which i use to check for changes i saw, examples/RealtimeDatabase/Async/StreamConcurentcy/StreamConcurentcy.ino
whis example i think this is the replaced version of the callback fucntion right in this newer version of the library? and the ethernet module is enc28j60 so i think i can use the below mentioned example with it,
examples/App/NetworkInterfaces/EthernetNetwork/EthernetNetwork.ino
so my question is how can i get the stream concurentcy combines with the ethernet example do i just need to define the function as done in the wifi example for the ethernet?
the syntax is a bit confusing for this version but as the previous are going to be depreciated i wanted to modify my code according to this one ?
so please if you have any idea let me know as the pervious version is also getting stuck with the ethernet some times

You should read the library documentation thoroughly.

Don't be urgently trying to use it without basic understanding.
