What does this pull request do?

  1. Brings Moc to iPadOS
  2. Adds support for the new version of SwiftUI on macOS Ventura and iPadOS 16 (partially)
  3. Partially cleans and polishes the UI code

- replaced usage of UISearchBar with .searchable
- replaced ScrollView + LazyVStack with List
- removed tab selection in the toolbar (will be replaced by a better solution)
