I will let @raphw handle this one and the ASM PR, as he wanted to work on this. Not sure if we want additional changes besides the version bump.

I was just on it but this PR is all that is necessary. Good to merge. And yes, ASM 6.1 is required, Byte Buddy relies on its API.
