At line 4878 of IF97_Utilities.mo in the declaration of Modelica.Media.Water.IF97_Utilities.BaseIF97.Inverses.dofpt3 there is a function-call to an undeclared function:

LogVariable(deld);

Fixed in 20d0dab. Removed a Dymola-specific debugging function.
