Fix propagation of excitation leakage factor

The examples in Modelica.Magnetic.QuasiStatic.FundamentalWave.Examples.BasicMachines rely on multi phase machines with phase parameter m. In order investigate phase numbers greater than three, the resistances and inductances are multiplied by the factor m/3. This way the power balances of the investigates machines are equal to three phase machines, when using the same voltage magnitudes. In the examples of the tranisient electrical excited synchronous machines it was forgotten to propagate this factor to the excitation leakage factor sigmae.

The same issue applies to Modelica.Magnetic.FundamentalWave.Examples.BasicMachines.SMEE_Generator_MultiPhase.
