Second public release of the eFMI Container Manager, the official tooling of the Modelica Association Project Functional Mock-up Interface for embedded systems (MAP eFMI) for managing eFMUs and their containers.

The release is for the upcoming eFMI 1.0.0 Standard.

An installed Microsoft .NET 4.8 Framework runtime environment is required.

The release is a minor update of the 1.0.0 release to support latest eFMI Standard XSD Schema file changes, mainly:

• generationDateAndTime attribute of manifests must be in the format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ, with Y, M, D, H, M and S being arabic numerals (not just any xs:dateTime permitted numerals).
• Dropped support of <DescriptionFiles> and related elements in Production Code manifests.
