Steps to reproduce
Install certificate.
Install Modern Flyouts.
Setup Modern Flyouts.
...
(Modern Flyouts is still running)
Ask Windows to reboot.
Windows says a program is preventing Windows from shutting down.
You can force a reboot if you wish.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Windows shuts down and reboots when asked to do so.
❌ Actual Behavior
Windows says a program is preventing Windows from shutting down.
