Describe the bug

Following / Unfollowing projects doesn't increase / decrease the client side follow count. This is unexpected behaviour because users generally expect feedback.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Login to Modrinth
  2. Open a modrinth project site, e.g. https://staging.modrinth.com/mod/darklilith or https://modrinth.com/mod/lazydfu
  3. Click "Follow" / "Unfollow"
  4. Observe the follow count not incrementing / decrementing
  5. Reload and observe the updated follow count

Expected behavior

The follow count should update (+1) immediately if the action was successful – otherwise users might think it failed to register.
