Запрос функции / Feature request

Резюме / Summary

Для msVendor добавить события для плагинов.
Например: msOnBeforeVendorCreate или msOnvendorCreate

Зачем это нужно / Why is it needed?

Можно было бы автоматически создавать ресурсы через плагин и связывать их, исключая ручную работу контентщиков
