Translated the the new phrases to German.
Since my last pull request some German phrases have been changed by you:

These are the deprecated settings - and you added the English warnings that these are deprecated again although I already translated them. Please leave them alone the next time. ;) I also reintroduced some comments that might help me to improve the German translation. I guess they won't do any harm...
A lot of the new English phrases have been added to the German language files by you. I don't know why - shouldn't there be a mechanism that pulls missing phrases from the English language files?
Just another annotation: I'm not sure about
$_lang['setting_show_tv_categories_header']
$_lang['setting_show_tv_categories_header_desc']
Either I translated those incorrectly or the setting doesn't do anything. ;)
