Form customization: When adding a constraint, the constraint_class isn't set

When adding a constraint in a form customization set, the constraint_class isn't set in the fc_sets table. As a result, in the "Constraint" column of the FC sets grid only ".id" is shown instead of "modResource.id" for example. In the sets that are created from the old rules this is set correctly.
