Rebases Glove80's patchset to current ZMK as of 82e8569.
Additionally, reduces the amount taken from each of unmerged ZMK PRs 1243 and 999: from 1243 we include only the battery reporting from peripheral to central, not the extended dual battery reporting to the host, and from 999 we take only the handling of the indicator HID reports, not propagating them to the peripheral.
