Add convenient checking of server version. Use version check, rather than try-except, to guard setting of DEFAULT property values. Fix 'Vertex' type out,in_,both methods.

Correction: MANDATORY was not broken under 2.1.0; just the OGM's setting of DEFAULT values :) |
